Marina and Richard are extraordinarily kind and caring hosts - we felt genuinely looked after from start to finish. They were always attentive and more than happy to help with anything we needed. We had the wonderful pleasure of sharing a dinner together and a homecooked lunch as well, and watching Wimbledon finals together. Getting to talk and spend quality time together was unforgettable; I was truly impressed by the wonderful people they are. The house itself was spotless, more than fully equipped even with hot tub and beach time accessories. They lent us the car too which makes everyday in town so much easier - we really cant ask for more. We also had the joy of staying with Kika, who was the absolute best companion. She insisted on only eating the food Viet gave her, and whenever it’s time and she hears the call, she’d come running like rent was due, tail wagging like crazy as she knows she get to go out! This was a fabulous exchange experience, and we are so grateful. Thanks to Marina and Richard, our family created incredible new memories, and everyone fell in love with their home. Marina and Richard, you are always welcome to stay with us in Prague whenever life brings you our way! Thank you for everything.

Wow - what a wonderful home Marina and Richard have. I spent a week there with my family and it was incredibly spacious, well equipped and perfect for unwinding like we'd hoped. Marina was fantastic at communicating and giving us recommendations. The pool and outdoor area is so special, surrounded by wonderful geranium and hibiscus flowers. I hope to return some day!

We had the most amazing 10 days at Marina and Richard's beautiful home perched atop the hillside looking over the stunning Mediterranean in Torre del Mar. They were home to greet us when we arrived, which we loved because we got a tour of the home and advice on how to navigate the pool, etc. Their home is so lovely, nestled in a safe neighborhood and easily accessible to restaurants and supermarkets. Marina and Richard's home is located perfectly along the Costa de Sol for day trips to gorgeous locations! During our stay, we visited Caminito del Rey (to hike), Granada, Nerja (for kayaking), Frigiliana, Ronda, and Malaga. We also enjoyed a few days swimming in their pool and sitting on the back porch. Marina and Richard's home is very clean and his well-equipped with all the things we needed during our stay. It was easy to communicate with Marina leading up to the exchange as well as during the exchange. As with all the exchanges we've loved, the saddest part was leaving. We felt like we were settling in so well in the area. I guess that means we will have to come back! We highly recommend Marina and Richard's home for the perfect family exchange. Thank you so much!

Our exchange at Marina and Richard's was our first trip out of Italy with our little one, 4 and a half months old when we left. We truly couldn't have imagined better. The house is beautiful, it had everything we needed and more. We were able to use a few baby props which made our life much easier, on top of a car with a baby car seat. It was too cold to enjoy the pool (although we did a few plunges) but the hot tub came to our rescue a few times after long days of walking around. The views are stunning, snow-capped mountains on one side, hills and sea on the other. Sunset was always a spectacle. We absolutely loved taking care of Kika, she is the sweetest and best behaved dog we've ever met. We miss her! She was great company at home and on our walks, It was delightful to meet Marina and Richard before they took off for their travels. They picked us up from the airport and cooked us a delicious dinner, so kind and pleasant. Communication was always easy and straightforward. We feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to stay at their place, Torre del Mar will always hold a special place in our family's heart.

We had a wonderful 10 day exchange at Marina's Richard's and Kika's. They have a beautiful home in an upscale residential area with a fantastic, well equipped kitchen for the do it yourself foodies. The weather was a little unruly this year so we stayed in a lot and cooked at home. The bed was very comfortable and there is a hot tub we never used. Wow what can I say about Marina and Richards home? It's absolutely fantastic and was a real honour to be there for a whole month!! We looked after the amazing Kika as part of the deal and she is a real delight, no stress, no issues, just a laid back kind of girl. As long as she's fed and walked morning and evening she's a delight. I'm a bit hesitatnt with jumpy dogs but once she knew that she would just come over gently and nuzzle. Their home is absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean, every drawer, cupboard and space is well thought out and you can see they take great pride in their home. Marinas tupperware collection left me in awe and I really enjoyed cooking in the massive well equipped kitchen. Whilst the house doesn't have air conditioning there are plenty of fans which cool nicely and of course we spent most of the time on the patio or in the pool. The views from the house because it's at the top of a hill are spectacular, right over the sea and mountains. It takes about 30 mins to walk to the beach (downhill) and Kika and I did this most days but on the way back up there are 2 killer hills so hubby drove down and picked us up and we'd have a coffee on the sea front. All in all we had a fantastic time and would love to swop with these guys again in the future.

We really enjoyed our time at Marinas & Richards very comfortable Home. The location is good, you can be in the Hustle and bustle of the Tourist area, with loads of choices for places to eat very quickly, and then escape to the top of the hill with wide views of the surrounding countryside, and dip into the wonderful pool. We had the opportunity to meet up for lunch, which was lovely and we had a very pleasant afternoon together. Communication was really easy with Marina during our stay. We certainly enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, and where able to cook a few meals, as if we where at home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a exchange here & would certainly enjoy returning. We exchanged for a Globe.

I had the most wonderful stay at the amazing Casa Marina. Nestled on top of a hill, the location is simply breathtaking—peaceful, scenic, and the perfect place to unwind. Spectacular views. The house itself is impeccably well-equipped, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was Marina (and of course Richard through Marina). Very kind, generous, and responsive. From the moment I arrived, she was available to help with anything, offering genuinely smart and helpful tips that made exploring the area so much easier and more enjoyable. One especially thoughtful gesture was her offering the use of her car—it was such a convenience and a clear sign of her warmth and generosity. I left with a full heart and so many lovely memories. I really hope I get the chance to return again soon. Highly, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Marina and Richards villa. The villa is top notch and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. It is in the best area and they kindly loaned us there car for our stay.The stay was easy to arrange and everything went perfectly.We met them all for lunch, including Kika their lovely rescue dog.
