General Overview

The North Cape Beach Villas The North Cape Beach Villas are located peacefully among the rice fields on the north cape of Bali, facing the Bali Sea. Just a short drive from Seririt and the tourist town of Lovina, the villas offer private beachfront living with space, privacy, and easy access to the water. Each villa features a large private swimming pool, a spacious tropical garden, and a wide veranda with breathtaking sea views — the perfect place to relax, dine, or simply enjoy the ocean breeze. Inside, you’ll find 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The open kitchen is fully equipped, daily cleaning is included, and bed linen is changed every three days for your comfort. The property sits on 6,000 m² of land, providing plenty of room to unwind. We highly recommend renting a car, or booking a car with driver if you don’t wish to drive yourself. You will need transport to get around — it is too far and hot to walk, and Bali is not a pedestrian heaven. While the villas are set in a quiet and peaceful environment, Bali’s unique Hindu culture is always present. Traditional ceremonies and praying can be heard, which many guests appreciate as part of the authentic Bali experience. The Space

The villa offers a large open living area and a spacious veranda, perfect for relaxing together or enjoying the sea view. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning for your comfort, while the living area and veranda are fitted with fans to keep the space cool and breezy.

Guest Access

The North Cape Beach Villas is a small complex of three villas. During your stay, you will have full private access to your own villa, including the swimming pool, tropical garden, spacious veranda, open living area, fully equipped kitchen, and all 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The villa and its facilities are not shared with other guests. Only the entrance gate and parking area are common for the three villas.

Neighbourhood

The North Cape Beach Villas are located near the town of Seririt, about 22 minutes from Lovina and 50 minutes from Pemuteran. Lovina offers a lovely waterpark, plenty of dining options, and just enough entertainment and nightlife to enjoy without the crowds of South Bali. We are also only a 40-minute drive from Munduk, where you’ll find many waterfalls and spectacular nature. For those who love the ocean, scuba diving and snorkelling are easily accessible along the north coast. For daily needs, there is a small but complete supermarket, Manik Pertiwi 3, just 5 minutes away. A larger supermarket, along with many other shops and banks, can be found in Seririt, only 10 minutes from the villa. This area is perfect for guests who want a peaceful base by the sea while still being close to activities, culture, and nature.

Getting to my home

The nearest airport is Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar, Bali. The drive to the North Cape Beach Villas takes around 3.5 to 4 hours, depending on traffic and stops along the way. We recommend booking a car with driver through our help desk, as this is the most comfortable and convenient way to reach us. Self-drive car rentals are also possible if you prefer to drive yourself. For local transport, motorbikes can also be delivered directly to the villa through our booking manager, Dayu Indah.

The nearest airport is Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar, Bali. The drive to the North Cape Beach Villas takes around 3 to 3.5 hours, depending on traffic and stops along the way.

Getting Around

We can arrange private airport transfers directly for you — the easiest and most comfortable way to reach the villa. You can also book cars with drivers and motor scooters through our help desk. Please note that an international driver’s licence is required in Bali if you wish to drive yourself.
