Welcome to our centrally located modern guesthouse!
We are centrally located in San Diego, in what is considered the "College Area" since it's so close to San Diego State University, aka SDSU. We love that we have quick freeway access, most attractions or neighborhoods are a 20 minute drive away. Easily get to our world famous San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, and gorgeous beaches!
Our attractions are amazing, but our food scene is fantastic as well! We like to grab fresh fish at a fish market by the bay and grill up fish sandwiches on the weekend. San Diego is home to more than 150 craft breweries, Michelin star restaurants, hole in wall places, small batch ice cream shops, cute coffee shops, and taco shops galore.
Stay with us and enjoy our beautiful city that we call our backyard :)
The space
This is a 2 bedroom / 1 bath on the second floor with lots of windows and natural light!
Bedroom 1 - full size bed
Bedroom 2 - full size bed
Bathroom - full size with tub
Guest access
The unit is located on the second floor. There are 17 steps on the stairs to get to the second floor, where the entry for the unit is.
Notes
We are a working family. My husband starts up his work truck on weekdays as he heads to work, and sometimes weekends as he heads fishing.
Our direct neighbor (that the side patio faces) has a dilapidated home and yard - it's a bit unsightly.
A prior tenant had a dog. We've cleaned the unit, but wanted to disclose in case anyone is allergic to dogs.
We do have security cameras on on the outside of our house as well as our doorbell.

We're a family of 3 from San Diego, CA, USA. It's my husband, myself, and our son (2023 little guy). My husband, Joe, and I are first-time parents, and we're enjoying our days as toddler parents.
When enjoy a variety of travel situations. We like to be in city-centers, but enjoy remote areas as well, especially if it's by water that allows for fishing.
People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
