General overview

We live in a small town near Paris. You will find everything you need on site (bakeries, butcher, supermarket, florist, doctor..., 5 minutes walk.)
Our house offers a compromise for those who want culture and family fun: Disney golf behind our house, Disney parks including the Nature Village: geothermal pools 5 minutes away.
Champagne and Reims Cathedral are an hour's drive to the east but also a good starting point for visiting the medieval city of Provins, Champagne and of course Disneyland. Paris is easily accessible with the RER A (30/40 minutes by train)

Our house is in a small town ten minutes drive from Disneyland Park. Buses 2234 and 2235 (a minute's walk away) serve the Disney park, the RER A, the Chessy Disneyland TGV station in 20 minutes, which allows you to reach many European cities (Berlin, Brussels, Milan, London etc)
Very easy and quick access (30 minutes) from Terminal 2F of CDG with its TGV station.
The house is located in a suburban and family area.
The house has an area of 76 m², it has an entrance, 3 bedrooms.
Upstairs a bathroom and three bedrooms. One with a 140 cm bed on the mezzanine (max 100kgs) and one with a 90cm bed on the mezzanine and the master bedroom with a 180 cm bed.
The house is well equipped with children's games: Lego (many!), board games, etc.
A modern, well-equipped kitchen that opens onto the terrace and offers all the necessary comforts (fridge freezer, induction, oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washer dryer,...).
With direct access from the living room, the terrace allows you to enjoy meals outside.
Secure parking space for your car (or rental car).
Car exchange also possible if necessary.
Socket to charge your electric vehicle also available.
