General Overview
Our home is located in Sharon, MA, a suburb between Boston and Providence, which are each a half hour away. Sharon was named the #1 place to live in the U.S. by Money Magazine in 2013 for good reason. It's a diverse community full of quiet, natural space with easy access to a number of popular attractions. The train station to Boston or Providence is less than a mile from our house. Gillette Stadium (home of the New England Patriots, New England Revolution, and host to numerous sporting and entertainment events) is ten minutes away. There is a beautiful lake with a beach a mile away where you can go for a swim or kayak (we have 2 blow up kayaks for your use). A number of hiking trails are nearby. The nearest ocean beach is a 35 minute drive, you can get to our favorite (Scusset Beach) in 50 minutes, and Cape Cod is an hour away.
The Space
We live in a sunny, three-bedroom, expanded ranch on a quiet side street. Our half-acre includes lots of fenced-in space to run around, a swingset and ninja course for the kids, an abundant backyard garden, and an area for relaxing, grilling, and roasting marshmallows. We prioritize health and installed a whole-house dehumidifier that brings fresh air into the house throughout the day and night. There is also a dance studio, Peloton bike, treadmill, rowing machine and other exercise equipment. A fireplace insert and air conditioning will keep you comfortable all year round. We love our home and look forward to sharing it!
