General overview
My apartment has a great, very Viennese atmosphere with its large rooms, high ceilings, wooden floors and spaciousness.
Located in a popular, trendy and pretty part of the 7th district, almost "everything" is within walking distance. Cafés, restaurants, bars, shops, cinemas, theaters, etc. Vienna's largest and most beautiful shopping street is only 7 minutes away.
Conveniently, the tram stops right in front of the house and the subway can be reached in 7 minutes on foot.

The space
The living spaces face the street, so there is traffic, but not bad as it is a traffic-calmed zone. The bedroom overlooks the backyard, making it a quiet and peaceful place!
Next to the double bedroom, in a separate room (not pictured) there is a sofa that can be converted into a bed for 2 people. If it has to be.... ;-)!
Guest access
The apartment is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator that takes you to the 4th floor. From there, go down 1 floor.
Or you can climb the 3 floors. Apparently good for you :)!

By train, car, bike, plane, ship, etc. to Vienna!
However, parking is difficult as it is not free in Vienna and it can be quite difficult to find a parking space. It's better to leave your car outside the city.
