General Overview

5 minutes to the tube station.

The Space

5 minutes walk to Madrid's metro line 1, which takes you to the center in twenty or thirty minutes, depending on your destination. It is very comfortable, cheap and recommendable, since in the downtown area parking is difficult and for a fee. Our area is very quiet and residential, ideal for those families who want to enjoy the atmosphere of Madrid but then want to retire to a quiet and quiet place. We have a shared garden ideal for children, since it is closed, has a few swings, sandpit and many space to play and run. Lots of free parking next to home and many toys to borrow! ****fans in rooms for summer*** The largest shopping center in Madrid, 10 minutes walk from home, with many shops, cinemas and restaurants. The Faunia animal park is 7 minutes away by car. Warner Park is 15 minutes away by car, an amusement park ideal for all dates of the year, very nice set in Halloween, Christmas and summer, where they put an artificial beach, large water slides and wave pool. *** We have a room with a double bed (1.60 x 200 m) and a child's bed (70 x 1.60) right next to it, in the other room we have a bunk bed (two beds of 90 x 200), in she can sleep two adults but is ideal for children and young people since it is a low litter easily accessible for children and to enter the low bed you would have to bend over if you are an adult. ***

I live in Madrid, in the area of Gavia, next to the largest shopping center in the city and 7 minutes by car to the animal park, Faunia. The metro is 5 minutes away and it is the direct line that takes you to the Art station (Prado Museum, Reina Sofía Museum, etc) and to Sol and Plaza Mayor. And it is a quiet and safe area, where you can not hear a noise at night.
