Lake Travis is about a mile away and offers many water sports and family-friendly activities. Multiple hiking trails and creeks nearby. A few days a year we get blessed with snow!

General overview

Family-friendly pool home in private guard gated community, equidistant to Austin’s nightlife and Hill Country landscapes. One mile to Lake Travis. Quick drive to multiple breweries and wineries. Neighborhood sits right outside Austin (30 mins to downtown) but still offers many grocery stores, restaurants & bars and shops within 5 min drive. Library within walking distance. Option for golf cart to be included for extra fun exploration.

The space

Home features large playscape in fully- fenced and private backyard, separately fenced and child-protected pool w waterfall and sprayers, outdoor shower, and patio misters and fan for cooling off on hot summer nights. 2 kids bedrooms feature unique & handmade beds/playhouses. Home also features a large playroom and closet full of toys. Primary bedroom is on separate level from kids’ bedrooms and has on-suite bathroom featuring large jacuzzi tub and separate shower. In total: 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 living rooms, playroom, breakfast area and formal dining room.
