General Overview

Beautiful two bedroom groundfloor apartment in River Valley condo. The condo is small and low-rise (8 floors) and quiet. There is a beautiful swimming pool and a well equipped gym

The Space

Both Bedrooms have king-size beds and fitted wardrobes. There is an en-suite bathroom to master bedroom, plus second shower room. Open plan kitchen into dining space. Kitchen has an oven and a dishwasher. Mid-century lounge area with doors opening onto patio. There is also a snug area off the lounge, with an L-shaped sofa and TV. Our condo has a beautiful swimming pool, sun deck with loungers, jacuzzi and a very well equipped gym. There is a BBQ area to the rear of the building

We have an 8 year old female golden retriever dog 'Mango'. She can either stay in the home with you, or can be looked after by friends.

Zion Road Hawker Centre (local food hall) 10 minutes walk CBD 5 minutes by car, 9 mins by bicycle Fort Canning Park, 10 mins walk Trendy 'Tiong Bahru' (also has fab wet market) 10 min walk Great World Mall 10 minute walk 'New Bahru' - Former high school recently converted old resturants, shops and supermarket. 5 minutes walk Orchard Road shopping area 10 mins walk

Just a couple of 'empty nesters' who love travel and adventures. We are from the UK but currently living in Singapore. We have 3 grown up daughters who all live (work/uni) in London.
