General Overview

Beautiful two bedroom groundfloor apartment in River Valley condo. The condo is small and low-rise (8 floors) and quiet. There is a beautiful swimming pool and a well equipped gym

The Space

Both Bedrooms have king-size beds and fitted wardrobes. There is an en-suite bathroom to master bedroom, plus second shower room. Open plan kitchen into dining space. Kitchen has an oven and a dishwasher. Mid-century lounge area with doors opening onto patio. There is also a snug area off the lounge, with an L-shaped sofa and TV. Our condo has a beautiful swimming pool, sun deck with loungers, jacuzzi and a very well equipped gym. There is a BBQ area to the rear of the building
