Riparbella is the delightful village that is home to Luiza's comfortable apartment. It provided the backdrop for a busy week exploring Tuscany. We found the locals friendly and welcoming and the village itself had a quirky personality that added to the experience. A car is essential and allows access to many of the popular spots as well as the train station. The apartment is clean and well provisioned and surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the restaurant downstairs. We were staying during the European heatwave and the air conditioner was sufficient to keep the indoors cool enough to make it a welcome haven. Luiza herself is a perfect host. Proactive communication before and during our stay and full of suggestions and advice regarding places to visit. If you ever get the opportunity to exchange with Luiza, grab it with both hands.

What a fabulous time we had in Luiza’s place in Riparbella! We felt truly like locals in this Tuscan town. About 45 min easy drive from Pisa Airport, and with excellent information from Luiza her place was very easy to find. Plenty of free parking nearby. Luiza's place is beautifully decorated, with great air conditioning which we needed in the high heat of summer. You could definitely use Luiza's place to explore plenty of Tuscany, we stayed nearby and visited Volterra, Pisa and the local seaside town Cecina. We had the best gelato and pizza in Cecina and went to a great Waterpark Acquvillage. In Riparbella itself, right under Luiza's (you cant hear it when staying there) is the most beautiful Italian restaurant where we ate twice during our stay where we had steak and purple gnocchi. We also ate in a wonderful pizzeria in the town twice and a Bistrot restaurant, all lovely! There is a hotel at the top of the hill that you can pay in to use the swimming pool, which even in high season it was only a third full, my boys had the kids pool to themselves and they loved it here! Luiza’s communication and suggestions for places to go was fantastic. She was so helpful and welcoming to us. We are so thankful for our stay in Riparbella!

Wow - what a beautiful home to explore all that tuscany has to offer! We had the best stay at Luiza's, we went to a wonderful restaurant on the hill about 10 mins away that was recommended and it was so tasty! We also did a cooking class about 5 mins from the house which we would recommend to everyone visiting - it was only 40 euro and was the highlight of our trip. The home is well equipped for everything you need and is perfectly situated in the town square above a lovely little restaraunt! We would love to come back and explore more of the region! Luiza was a pleasure to communicate with and made the exchange seamless.

We have just enjoyed seven wonderful day at Luiza’s beautiful Riparbella home in the Tuscany Hills. We found the people living in Riparbella friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed a very nice meal at Piccolo Osteria right downstairs from Luiza’s. Luiza’s home is very very comfortable, beautiful linen, comfortable bed, lounge/dining area and a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of free parking as well. The kitchen window opens out onto a piazza where you can enjoy your coffee and watch the world go by or just listen to the sounds of an Italian village in action. Easy access to towns like Lucca, Volterra both with easy parking. Also Pisa and Florence are a train ride away from the nearest town Cecina. Luiza was very easy to communicate with and gave great instructions on how to find her home and key access. She also gave us lots of information on things to do and see. We hope one day to return to Riparbella and also welcome Luisa and family to our home in NZ. Thank you Luiza for a taste of Dolce Vita - it was just wonderful!

We had the most wonderful stay in Riparbella at Luiza’s beautiful home. The apartment was stylish, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, linens lovely, shower was excellent - all which made our stay so perfect! Luiza was a fantastic host—so friendly, communicative, and made everything seamless. The town itself is charming, with several great restaurants open even in the off-season. One of our favorite memories was dining at La Piazzetta Ristorante, where the kind staff went above and beyond—tracking us down the next morning to return a forgotten purse with our passports inside! The (free!) parking was conveniently nearby and by car it was easy to explore gorgeous towns like Volterra, San Gimignano, and Siena. We feel so grateful for our time here and look forward to welcoming Luiza to our home in Niagara someday!

We had a lovely stay in Luizas Riverbella home for a week. The house had everything we needed, it was comfortable, spotless, and very well equipped. The air conditioning was a real bonus during the hot summer days, especially after returning from exploring. Communication with Luiza was excellent, she stayed in touch with us from our first inquiry right through to the day we left, making the whole process easy and reassuring. I would highly recommend Luizas home for anyone looking to stay in Tuscany. It’s in a fantastic location, close to the beach, historic villages, and beautiful wine regions.

Luiza's home in Riparbella was such a lovely gem. Situated above a charming osteria with great food, her apartment was impeccably clean and comfortable, and we were always happy to return there after a day of sightseeing. We loved visiting the city of Volterra one day, Cecina (the beaches around here are stunning...our favorite on our whole 1 month Europe trip) and visiting local wineries. We enjoyed strolling through Riparbella and going out in the evening to the bar/coffee shop at the top of the hill. The little town comes to life at night and it was a joy to sit out and feel like part of it. Luiza was such a kind host and made us feel very welcome in her home, and communication was easy. If you have the opportunity to visit, we would highly recommend a stay at Luiza's!
