General Overview
Our home is a newer-built (2020) and spacious family house with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It has an open floorplan. An inviting backyard with a heated pool is perfect for swimming year-round. The house is in a lovely suburban community with parks just down the street and groceries, coffee, and restaurants an easy walk away. The home's location makes it easy to access both the heart of downtown Phoenix, Arizona, the 5th largest city in the United States, and the unique open desert.

Notes
My family is beholden to the school-year calendar, so our dates for travel and our home's accessibility are rather inflexible. Also, please understand that the Phoenix metro area/Sonoran Desert of Arizona gets HOT!!! I mean, VERY hot! Summer temperatures are routinely 110- 118 degrees F (43- 48 degrees C), so you really don't want to visit here in June, July, or August. Even May and September are too hot to really explore. Plan to visit October- April when Arizona is gorgeous and you can hike, golf, and explore in the warm sunshine. March is an especially popular time to visit because the metro area hosts Spring Training for Major League Baseball.

I would love to connect with other members. I have lived in Arizona for over 20 years and have been to nearly everything in the state, so I am a good resource for adventure advice.
