General overview

1.5 hour from Porto airport. 15 kms from Vila Real city and in a waking distance from Sabrosa village where you have everything you need daily. The farm and the house is in one of the most fantastic routes of Douro Valley, between Sabrosa and Pinhão in the road 'Via Panoramica N323'.

The space

It is a farm with 6 5 acres of vineyard and olive trees It is in a smal Valley with a stream in the bottom. It is quiet, cozy and a very warm space. Dark sky at night is many times fabulous.

Guest access

Access is by car just to the house.. It is as well possible to go from Vila Real by bus to Sabrosa and then walk 15 minutes to the house. Another interesting touristic possibility is coming by train or even by boat from Porto to Pinhão and by bus to Sabrosa, getting out in 'Lavradores da Feitoria'

Notes

If you have a big family, ee have an adjacent house thar can accommodate mire people.

Getting around

There are many places to know arround. This house is located in the core of Douro Valley. In 15 kms distance you are in Pinhão and you can book a boat to go in a quick tour or up or down the river. Other relevant Douro villages, like Favaios (with it famous miscato) is also a 20kms distance. If you need sometimes a more urban scenario, Vila Real is a 15 kms distance with everything you may need.
