General overview
The view of the water, nature, the calm by the fire, while being close to the ski slopes and the Mont Tremblant ski resort and its picturesque village where the Mont Blanc ski resort is located.
The space
The house is located on the edge of a lake in the Hautes Laurentides in Quebec. You can swim there, kayak or pedal boat. From the house you can cycle on one of the cycle paths of more than 180km. 20 minutes to the south you will find the Tremblant ski resort where in summer you can find very good restaurants, attend the various festivals including Jazz and Blues or go trekking at Cap 360, a mountain located at about fifteen minutes.
Guest access
Three bedroom single storey house with utility basement and storage. Driveway which will lead you to parking for 4 cars. Clear snow in winter.
Notes
In summer you will have access to two kayaks and a pedal boat, as well as two bicycles. In winter snowshoes are available for your hikes.

We are on a lake with a tranquil environment. Between the land and the main road, wooded crown land gives you access to walking trails in summer or snowshoeing trails in winter.
