A dream location that is close to everything in east downtown Toronto.
Our home is located in a quiet, residential part of town, yet close to everything.
The area is well-served by 4 streetcars and multiple bus routes within 7 minutes walk. The streetcars can take you all across the city to the far east and far west, as well as to downtown where you can take the subway north.
There is a bike share station in front of the building.
It's 15-20 minutes by transit or 15 minutes by bike to Yonge-Dundas Square, Eaton Centre shopping mall, and the famous Toronto sign. 25 minutes by transit to the Art Gallery of Ontario.
Walking distance to multiple tourist attractions, including the historic Distillery District, St. Lawrence Market, Cabbagetown, Leslieville.
Walking distance to multiple parks such as Riverdale Farm and Riverdale Park East. Corktown Commons and Riverdale Farm are wonderful places for children to play.
Multiple restaurants, coffee shops, and a pharmacy are also minutes walk away.
To sum up, it's a great home base to explore Toronto.

Pearson YYZ is 1 hour away by transit, 35-60 minutes by car.
Billy Bishop is 15 minutes away by car.
