General Overview

The best thing about our place is that it is spacious (110 m2) and in a very residential neighborhood overlooking the Turia park. You are merely 10 minutes from the beautiful Cabecera park with a lake. You can walk to the city center in less than 30 minutes. Patacona beach is a 40-minute bus ride and there are many beautiful beaches within 1-2 hour driving distance. You can do daytrips to places like Cullera, Gandia, Sagunto, Xativa. Madrid is 2 hours by train. Barcelona 2-3 hours by train. Although I am new to home exchange, I have been hosting on Couchsurfing for years and can provide you references as well in case you need them.

The Space

There are 3 bed rooms and 1 office/WFH/study room with table and chairs. 2 bedrooms with double beds. A bedroom with two single beds and an extra foldable double bed. Proper WFH office with table and chair. One bathroom with and another without shower. Kitchen equipped with everything you need (oven, oven, fridge/freezer, plates, glasses, crockery, cookware etc...) One balcony overlooking the famous Turia park. and a living room from where you could watch beautful sun set. Apartment amenities and services: -air conditioner -LCD TV" -WIFI network -washing machine

Neighbourhood

Peaceful surroundings and vibrant city life- that is the best way to define this place. What I love is that it is a very residential neighborhood but everything is pretty close. It is very well-connected to the city center, the beach and other touristic attraction like City of arts by bus. The metro station is 15 minutes away. Step out and you are in the Turia park. The closest city beach in Valencia is a 45-min bus ride and there are lots of amazing beaches nearby that you can drive to. There are 2 playgrounds right next to the building as well as a lot of space where kids can play. 2 supermarkets are super close: Mercadona & Carrefour.

Getting to my home

It is very well-connected by bus and metro. Valencia airport is a 15-min car ride or by metro. You can also take a bus from the train station if you are taking a train. In case you get here by car, you need to park on the street.

Getting Around

You can totally travel car-free. Valencia is well-connected with lots of buses and metro. In case you want to go out of Valencia, there are many trains to towns like Gandia, Sagunto, Cullera etc.
