Our renovated house was built in 1759. It combines the charm of the old (beams, high ceilings, stones) with the comfort of the new (light paintings, stove, beautiful volumes in the living rooms). On the ground floor, the dining kitchen opens onto a small patio for eating outside or having a barbecue. The set is completed by an office and a laundry room.

On the first floor, a living room of 30m2 with stove welcomes you to relax and offers you a view not overlooked. A children's area is in the living room with many games. You can also enjoy piano and guitars. The teak bathroom and shower room is also on this floor.

On the second floor are two bedrooms, both overlooking the Seine, with a king size bed (180cm) in the largest and a single futon on tatami mats in the smallest.

The sofa unfolds in the blink of an eye and offers a very comfortable bedding with a real mattress placed on a slatted base.

We are a French couple, in their thirties, and we have a 4-year-old daughter. We also live with two happy cats. We enjoy living in a very green neighborhood in the suburbs of Paris and although we love our home and our life by the river, we also love to travel and discover new places. We like the idea of home exchange because we always feel a little depressed when looking for accommodation on other platforms.
