General overview
Our home has a fantastic yard with a deck, fire pit, play set, hammock, and garden. Child proof rooms with toys, crib, highchair, etc. Fast wifi with a dedicated office space. Close to everything you need while still having a quiet, private stay.

The space
Main floor has a child proofed playroom, a living room with TV, fully stocked kitchen with large dining table, and a half bath. The traditional dining room has been converted to a board game room with over 100 board games and a felt covered table ready for game nights!
Upstairs has 4 bedrooms: Master (king bed and attached bathroom), nursery with a crib (can easily put a queen mattress on the floor in this room), office with a queen bed, and large child's room with a twin bed. There is one other full bath with a bathtub upstairs.
The basement is half finished with a small office space, storage, and a washer and dryer. We ask that you only use this space for laundry.
The backyard has a huge deck with a fire pit available, and a large swing set.
Guest access
It's two small steps to get into the main floor, and 13 steps up to the upper floor.
Notes
We do have one very shy short haired cat who would like her food and water refilled every other day or so!
If you have kids we highly recommend the Columbus Zoo and COSI, the science institute; both are often voted the best in the country!

Neighbourhood
We are in a quiet residential neighborhood less than a half mile away from the Alum Creek Bike Path, which gives you access to over 30 miles of car free biking! Neighborhood park with a large playground, soccer fields, baseball fields, and tennis courts is an easy .6 mile walk or ride away.
Nearest airport
Columbus Airport (CMH) is an easy 20 minute drive or uber away.
Getting around
We are in a quiet residential neighborhood less than a half mile away from the Alum Creek Bike Path, which gives you access to over 30 miles of car free biking! We could have 4 adult bikes available to you, possibly a few kid bikes, and a double trailer for kiddos.
We are also less than a mile from Polaris Parkway, which has every chain store and restaurant you could want.
We would be open to leaving a car (with or without car seats) for you but would need to work out those details!

We are an active family of four who love everything and anything outdoors! Our daughters were born in 2018 and 2022 and we have a blast hiking, biking, camping, canoeing, geocaching, and exploring with them. We currently live in Columbus, OH and have previously lived in Indiana and Alaska. My husband Alex works remotely and I stay home and homeschool our kindergartener, partially so we can be more flexible with travel. We are new to home exchanging, but very excited to give this a try!
