It is about 3 hours north of Toronto International Airport, on the Bruce Peninsula.

Getting Around

A grocery store, pharmacy, hardware store and LCBO are available in the village of Lions Head, which is about a 25-minute drive from the cottage

I am a retired high school teacher from Ontario, Canada.   My husband is a retired technology worker.  We have 3 young adult children who no longer live at home, but we still have the 5-bedroom house in the suburbs of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.  
We would love to travel and experience new cultures and new places while living in local communities, not tourist resorts.  We also would love to exchange homes so that we could more easily visit our young adult children in their locations -- Vancouver, BC, and Ottawa, Ontario.  
We enjoy hiking, sightseeing, biking, walking, kayaking, and swimming --- really any natural settings where we can enjoy the natural beauty of our world.  We also enjoy city tours from time to time.
