Neighbourhood
Our penthouse duplex is located by the seaside in Oliva's beach, in a quiet residencial area but close to restaurants, ice cream parlours and shops. In a short car driving there is a karting, a golf course and a horse riding centre. Oliva south beaches are perfect for kitesurfing.
The beautiful village of Oliva's downtown is only fifteen minutes by car, and it has a wide commercial offer. Oliva is located between Valencia and Alicante, one hour by car to both airports.
Our home is a perfect place to relax but also there are many things to do and see in the area: the city of Valencia (with interesting places such as the Oceanografic and the Bioparc), great villages like Gandia or Denia, the crazy Benidorm, beautiful places like Altea or Castell de Guadalest, snorkel in Javea ….
From Gandia (10km) and Denia (27 km) there is a ferry service to Ibiza (in only 2 hours!) and other Balearic islands.
Nearest airport
The closest airports are Valencia and Elche-Alicante, 1h drive from home.
Getting Around
Three minutes walking there is a bus stop to Oliva downtown (though it runs only 4 times a day in Summer, it is more convenient to have a car).
