Dive in! Take a swim in the river from the backyard of the condo! The unit is on the first floor. These are the only steps required, and there is a ramp at the other ... Boat ramp is ~100 ft from the back yard, where you can RENT KAYAKS ($25 for 2 hours)! Heads up: there are rapids in one direction! But in the other direction, swim/float/paddle for miles ... Our (and possibly your?) happy place: 7 miles of sandy beach is a 20-minute drive away!

Open concept yet cozy, 1 BR condo high ceilings with even higher windows! Amazing light, natural hardwood floors, heated tile in bathroom, and in-unit laundry. End unit with ample parking, the unit may (or may not) come with use of a car. The building is located a short 5-min walk to downtown Westbrook, and in our backyard is access to the river: enjoy a swim, or rent a kayak right next door! Centrally located, close to the highway, with Portland restaurants and Southern Maine beaches a 10 - 15 minute drive, and the mountains/lakes about 30 by car.
