The living area transitions seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to cook, work, and relax all in one place. The building is quiet, and the neighborhood is one of the most charming in the city. You’re surrounded by cobblestone streets, historic buildings, great cafés, and plenty of green spaces—perfect for peaceful walks or taking a small dog out for a stroll.
