General Overview

Our mountain condo is located at Sugartop Resort on the ridge at Sugar Mountain. We are a gated property that is staffed 24/7. There is an indoor heated pool, two hot tubs, and a small gym with exercise equipment. The view from our balcony is of Grandfather Mountain.

The Space

There are two bedrooms and two bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has two twin beds. We also have a queen sleeper sofa. There is a shower bathroom and the second bathroom has a tub. We have a washer and dryer in the condo. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials needed to cook a meal.

Guest Access

We are on the 5th floor and the building has an elevator. You have to be on the guest list to get past the guard gate.

Notes

The showers in the locker room by the pool and gym are handicapped accessible with a dressing bench. Our master bathroom does have a shower with a hand held shower head, but it is not zero entrance. We also have a higher toilet in the guest bathroom that is easier to use. Please refer to pictures.

Neighbourhood

Alpine Coast at Sugar Mountain.... The skiing area is about three miles from the resort. The Blue Ridge Parkway, Grandfather Mountain, Tweetsie Railroad theme park, Linville falls and cavern are all less than thirty minutes away. Many vineyards and wineries in the area.

Getting Around

You will need a car to enjoy the area and get around from place to place.
