General Overview

Enjoy your morning coffee from our 3rd floor condo with direct view of the ocean and pool or your evening drink at night watching the moon come up over the ocean. Surf City is located within a 45 minute drive to Camp Lejeune, Wilmington and Jacksonville, NC. If you are traveling by plane there is an airport in Wilmington (ILM) and one outside of Jacksonville (OAJ)

The Space

*****New 2023 Completely repainted and new LVP install on all floors Our condo sleeps 8 with a king bed in the loft, queen bed in the bedroom, bunk beds in the alcove and a queen sleeper couch. Fully furnished kitchen with granite counter tops and bar to eat at or use the dining table. One full shower bathroom and a half bath. Guest wifi that can be accessed throughout the condo complex. TV with cable in the living area and bedroom.

Guest Access

We are on the third floor with no elevator.

Notes

Two private beach accesses for the condo complex and each has a sitting area and a shower to wash off . Anything in particular you are looking for or want to know.... just ask. Perfer stays that are at least 5 days or more.

Nearest airport

We have two airports on the area. Wilmington , NC and Jacksonville, Nc. They are in opposit directions and each about 30-40 miles away.

Getting Around

Personal vehicle is the best but Uber and other ride share are available.
