I'm really not trying to be rude but I get a lot of enquiries and I can't respond to all of them. If I don't respond then it means that I can't make it work! Hope you understand. 

Hello!

I live in a beautiful old converted mill in Edinburgh, in the sunken Dean Village by the Water of Leith. You will hear the waterfall from your bed! Dean Village used to be a mill area where flour was made to supply Edinburgh castle. It is very central but really lush and quiet at the same time with hardly any through traffic. You will see a lot of tourists walking around though!

In the 1970s, flats were put into my building but the building itself is a couple of hundred years old. You will have access to the garden which is right beside the river too! From the flat you can be on Princes St (main high street) in around 10 mins walking. 

I have two bedrooms of the same size, one with a king size bed and one with a small double. I also have a VERY small study room that contains a small double bed too.

I have a monitor in the study room where you could work if you had to. The flat has strong fibre optic internet, perfect for working from your home from home. 

Travelling is my one and only great passion and this seems to be the perfect solution to do as much as possible of that!

The space

You will have access to our beautiful garden which is right on the river. This is shared but not a lot of my neighbours seem to use it.

Guest access

I am on the 3rd floor but there is a lift!

Depending on our arrangements, you get access to the whole place.

Notes

There is a young woman in her early 20s living in the flat below me. She sometimes has small parties, as you do at that age, but they tend to leave for their nightclubs by 11pm-midnight.
