General Overview

Discover Floridas best coastal town. Ranked 2nd best “city” to live in Florida. Our home is surrounded by luscious landscaping and an oasis style pool. We are just 100 steps to the water where we have dock access to take the kayaks out or watch sunset. The beach is just minutes away and we have bikes or a golf cart to utilize. The houses interior is very coastal and colorful. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Although our 3rd bedroom is utilized as a gym with two pelotons, gym equipment, and treadmill A home you won’t want to leave! We do ask that you leave $150 for a cleaning fee.

The Space

The house has everything a main home would, including a gym! The pool and backyard are incredible and our home uses solar energy almost entirely. We also have the tiny house if more space is needed. Golf cart and bikes are always available

Notes

We have two dogs and outdoor rabbits. The rabbits have their own sanctuary in the backyard. Because this is our main home the swap would need to be simultaneous (we get someone to tend to the rabbits) in which our dogs could come OR you could watch our 4 legged kids.

Everything you “need” including the beach, shops, restaurants, live music are all within walking,biking or golf cart distance. We are open to allowing a car to be used as well for further exploring.
