Our tiny house is situated in a beautiful backyard oasis. There are 25 types of birds that frequent the yard (parrots, owls, cardinals, egrets, blue birds etc). Lounge in the heated salt water pool or walk to the end of the street for a beautiful sunset on the water. 

We are walking distance to Nokomis beach, restaurants and live music. The cute coastal town of Venice is a 5 min drive or 15 min bike ride. Siesta Key (the whitest sand in the world) is a 20 min drive!

The house itself has been careful thought over to make use of every inch. The details of the place and the back porch are exceptional.

We do charge a $100 cleaning fee at the end of each stay.

Guest Access

Loft area that sleeps two and twin pullout below. 3 people “could” use the space, but it would be tight.

Notes

The inter coastal is 100 feet away and the beach is a short bike ride or walk. We have a golf cart and bikes for guests.  Walkable to restaurants, live music, the beach, and shopping. The pool is “shared” with the main home. If it’s non simultaneous it will be us here and we don’t use it when we have guests. If it’s simultaneous you will have full privacy.

Neighbourhood

Our neighborhood is unique old Florida. Old oak trees and Florida homes. Bc the inter coastal is at the end of the street you will also find “McMansions” . The street across the inter coastal is one of the most famous streets in the nation (Casey key rd). Take the bikes and explore, you won’t be disappointed

Getting to my home

STQ is the closest airport (30 min). Tampa is 75 min. We have a golf cart as well that will get you to Publix, shopping and restaurants
