General Overview

We have a great family-friendly home in a quiet neighborhood on the west side of Denver. We have lots of hiking trails, playgrounds, and lakes nearby. We're very close to the Golden, Wheat Ridge, Berkeley Highlands, and Lakewood communities, with coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and Farmer's markets (in the summer). The neighborhood is perfect for evening walks, bike rides, and just hanging in the yard. We're 15 minutes from Downtown Denver and an hour from the start of the Ski Resorts. Pets are welcome, and our two shy kitties will most likely be home with you.

The Space

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large fenced yard. Bunk beds are in one of the bedrooms, a queen in the office/guest room, and a king in the primary. We also have a playroom that can sleep 2 kiddos and one additional room with a futon. The house is two stories, the garden level is downstairs, with the primary bedroom. The home has chickens, a garden in the summer, toys, strollers, bikes, scooters, a large trampoline, stair safety, and baby gates if needed. We also have lots of camping gear, if that's your thing. If there is anything that you need or have questions about, please let me know. We have lots of families in the area that can help.

There are 5 stairs with a railing required to enter the home.

Notes

We have a Breville Espresso machine, Traeger Grill, and everything that you need in the kitchen for a wonderful meal. The TV is equipped with Apple TV, Disney, and Netflix. We have some Snowboard gear available. Message me for sizes and such. We also have everything you need for camping! Including tents, sleeping bags, cooking gear, etc!

You will need a car for most travel in the Denver Area. We have the option to have a 4-wheel drive SUV available that seats 7 and plenty of car seats. If interested, we could arrange to leave the vehicle at the train station, if convenient.
