The Space

Large living room (30 sq metres). The bedrooms overlook a quiet inner courtyard. The fully renovated flat is a no-shoe space, slippers are provided. Suitcases must be carried, not rolled. No bulky luggage.

The apt is located on the 5th floor and there is an elevator.

Globe and pluto exchanges :We do not apply any cleaning fees, we expect our guests to clean before they leave and if they can't or don't want to do it, then the cleaning fee is 80 euros. Regular exchanges, hospitality : our policy is based on reciprocity, we apply a cleaning fee if our hosts do, and we don't, if they don't.

Charles de Gaulle is 20 km away, a 30mn drive when it's not busy.

Getting Around

Metro lines 4, 5, and 7 are also 2 minutes away. Enjoy a lovely stroll along the Canal leading to Place de la République in about 15 minutes.
