General Overview

Bright modern, spacious home on two floors. Two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms & powder room. A large balcony, great views, outdoor seating & umbrella is perfect for dining with a charcoal grill. Stunning gardens & pool are for the use of all guests/owners. Located just 2 minutes walk from the beach in the Lucaya area.

The Space

The spacious living room has an oversized couch and a 60" flat-screen smart TV, so logging in to your Netflix account is like a home away from home. A beautiful glass dining table and gold chairs are also in this space, making great indoor dining. The modern and fully equipped kitchen is to your left, and the comfortable living/dining room is directly in front. The powder room will be on your right. The 2 large bedrooms are located up the stairs on the 3rd floor. Both are spacious and have private ensuite bathrooms, large walk-in closets, and windows. The primary bedroom has a solid wooden king-size bed with a comfortable mattress, as we know how important a good night's rest is. There is a wall-mounted TV and windows that overlook the pool and gardens. The Primary bedroom also has a workspace with a desk and chair. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, large white drawers, a TV, and a walk-in wardrobe. Large outdoor patio is perfect for al fresco dining, with a charcoal grill, table, 4 chairs & sun umbrella for dining. Also included is a large beach umbrella, cooler & 2 beach towels for your trips to the beach.

Guest Access

The townhouse entry is on the first floor, so access to the unit is up two flights of stairs. It is NOT wheelchair accessible. Once you enter the home, you are greeted with a large bright open space with views through the French doors of the balcony, pool, and gardens.
