General overview

Our apartment is a three bedroom ground floor apartment with easy access to everything. If you want to simply take a dip in the community pool, just step outside our terrace and enjoy a swim under the clear blue skies of the Costa Del Sol. Alternatively, if you prefer a sea swimming, or taking a walk on the beach you are less than a five minute stroll from the beach The apartment is located in the heart of the Marbella region, with access to bus routes to downtown Marbella, where you can enjoy the Spanish vibe which includes sampling the tapas bars, enjoying Churros over a cafe latte or simply sipping Sangria in the sun. For those who enjoy a more active vacation, you have access to top golf courses, five star tennis clubs and horse riding. Our apartment can be enjoyed in all seasons. During winter, take drives up to the historic mountain towns of Ronda, visit the Alhambra in Granada, or enjoy skiing in Sierra Nevada. It is truly a special place.

The space

The apartment consists of three bedrooms, which includes an ensuite bedroom. Access to the patio is through double glass doors from the living room. Adjoining the fully equipped kitchen is a small laundry space,.

Guest access

This is a ground floor apartment. Entrance to the apartment is through a gated community.

Notes

As this home is not our primary residence a €150 cleaning fee will be charged for stays in access of one week unless you are ok with leaving the home clean as you found it. This can be discussed and we are flexible with what will work best. For stays under one week , all we ask is you keep our home tidy, as you found it, take the garbage and recycling to the depot on your way home, and run the dishwasher and strip the beds of used linens before you leave. Thank you.

Neighbourhood

Our apartment is located in the Mabella district of Elviria. The beach is approximately 200 meters stroll from our apartment. Along this beautiful coast stretch there are a range of beach restaurants. I encourage guests to explore traditional tapas bars that are located away from the beaten track. The location is minutes drive away from top golfing resorts. - Santa Maria Golf & Country Club - Green Life - Marbella Golf Club Academy 10 minutes drive from Marbella Town Centre https://www.andalucia.org/en/marbella 15 minutes dive from the vibrant chic town of Puerto Banus https://puerto-banus.com/ 30 minutes drive from the cultural city of Malaga https://www.andalucia.org/en/malaga 2 hours from Granada, the home of the illustrious historical Alhambra https://www.andalucia.org/en/granada 2 1/2 hours from the ski resort town of Sierra Nevada https://www.andalucia.org/en/sierra-nevada/ Trips to Morocco Africa are accessible from Tarifa which is a 90 minutes drive.

Getting to my home

We usually hire a car ( street parking available directly outside our apartment). It is a half our drive from Malaga International Airport. Taxis (we can provide details on a private hire we use) and bus stops are walking distance from the apartment that travel to all the neighbouring towns.

Nearest airport

Malaga International Airport is 45 KM ( half hour drive) approximated €60 taxi fare.

Getting around

Our apartment is walking distance from supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and a wide range of fun amenities including water sports and a zip lining adventure park. We recommend car rental which provides the freedom to explore the Andalusian region. Highly recommend to hire a bike from Marbella town centre and cycle along the promenade that goes all the way to Estepona.

Three bedroom beachside apartment in the heart of Costa Del Sol Marbella Spain less than 200 meters stroll from one of the best beaches on the coast. The apartment is the Elvira urbanisation of the Marbella district, and is walking distance to top class restaurants, cafes, bistro bars and the scrumptious home made Kalt ice cream bar. For the more adventurous, less than a five minute drive and you can spend a day, swinging ( literally ) and zip lining from tree to tree in Aventura Amzonia. For those interested in sampling the Spanish culture, highly recommend strolling the old town Marbella with its quaint cobbled streets and magnificent ornate churches. Our apartment again a short stroll from the five star Don Carlos Tennis & Sports Club and a range of water activities.
