General Overview

You’d never know you were in the city—our home in the charming Usaquén area of Bogotá is quiet, peaceful, and full of light. With 4 bedrooms (a master with a king bed, two with queen and twin beds, plus a flexible playroom) and 3.5 bathrooms, it’s a spacious retreat for families. All bedrooms look out to the garden, and there’s even an irresistible outdoor tub for soaking under the sky. The front patio connects seamlessly with the kitchen and BBQ, making it the perfect spot to spend the day cooking, relaxing, and birdwatching—our garden is alive with feathered visitors. This really is our oasis in the city. The neighborhood is safe, family-oriented, and wonderfully convenient. We’re two blocks from Shopping centers, parks, restaurants, and everything you might need. Bogotá’s best restaurants, cafés, and local markets are within walking distance, and every Friday morning a farmers’ market sets up right around the corner. On Sundays, you can bike, run, or rollerblade along the citywide Ciclovía, and there are dedicated bike routes throughout the city. At 8,700 feet in the tropics, Bogotá enjoys spring-like weather all year long, with temperatures ranging from 48°F at night to 68°F during the day—perfect for exploring or relaxing in our garden oasis.
