General Overview
Hello everyone and welcometo our wonderful place. Located in the municipality of Sant Pere de Ribes, our gated community is walking distance from small "calas" (beaches), it features a beautiful community endless pool with view to the ocean, and limits with 3 wonderful towns full of local culture and activities throughout the year: Sitges, Vilanova i La Geltrú, and the main Sant Pere de Ribes town.
The Space
When you enter our Duplex, you'll find first the kitchen and the washer/dryer room to the right, the stairs to the second floor, and a restroom and a studio with a double bed to the left.
Passing this hall, you find a very spacious living and dining room, with a qonderful sectoon dedicated to our little ones (little kitchen, books, lego, puzzles, and a Pickler station). This area has acces to a very spacious terrace with views to the natural park, and a table to enjoy your mealswith your family.
The second floor counts with 3 rooms, a Master bedroom and bathroom, a kids bedroom with two single beds, both rooms qith direct access to a big terrace overviewing the sea and the natural park. And a third guest room with a double bed and a sharing restroom for that room and the kids room.
Guest Access
It is a duplex, from the parking there is an elevator to acces the main floor. There is a security door to acces the hall to our apartment and two more apartments (must enter with key).

We have 2 covered and private parking spaces available.
We are also open to exchange cars.
