General Overview

Quintessential Parisian view looking out onto adjacent slate and zinc rooftops, fantastic location (300-m walk to the Alésia metro station), lots of belle époque features (mouldings, ironwork, parquet flooring), plus a Queen-plus sized bed (the 160-cm wide model not common in Paris flats).

The Space

41-m2 pied-à-terre, sunlit all day long, super functional, overlooking a courtyard so little noise, high ceilings, open kitchen, newly remodelled bathroom

Guest Access

We're on the 5th floor (above ground), thankfully with an elevator (in a good state of repair). The apartment is not easily accessible for the mobility-impaired.

Notes

Paris at your doorstep is the biggest advantage of this accommodation, a 5-min walk from a Line 4 metro stop, putting central Paris (Louvre, Notre-Dame) within 15 minutes.
