General overview
We live in a detached house in the western part of Wroclaw [Breslau before the II WW], which is a city with an interesting history (https://www.wroclaw.pl).
Since we have 3 kids (6, 10, 14), so there are lots of all kinds of puzzles and toys plus a few bikes. Many books (mostly in Polish, sorry...;) ) and quite many plants. A hammock, a garden trampoline and some swings in a middle sized garden.
You can stay in a city od Wroclaw, feeling like while visiting rural areas ;)
Please notice: we have a dog (and a few gerbils) - they'll need some care during our exchange ( especially if it’s gonna be a simultaneous one).
We are just starting our adventure here, but have over 10 years of experience in HospitalityClub and Couchsurfing.
The space
150 m2. There is a living room with a nice view downstairs, as well as one of the bathrooms (the one with a shower), a semi-open kitchen with a big table and a guestroom with a single bed.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms (bunk beds in one of them) and another bathroom (with a tub)
Guest access
16 stairs to get to the second floor
Notes
we are vegetarians but don't expect our guests to make the same choices :)
[2024: we have some exchanges arranged for June&July, but still are open to another one in August 2024.
Can also host you while we’ll be away 4-17 June - if you like dogs and have some experience with taking care of them]
LOOKING for a swap June-August 2025 outside of Europe]

Wroclaw is the capital of our region (Dolny Slask /Lower Silesia). If you’re traveling by car, it’s quite easy to get from our localization to the highway and to explore Dolny Śląsk:

Justyna’s home is in lovely quiet area of Wroclaw and the lounge was a great area for watching the soccer champonship on the huge screen. We had everything we needed for a great stay and loved Wroclaw. Thank you for the yummy cake you left us and it was great to meet you.
Justyna's family home is very spacious with great window and nice view. Good, safe location with some nice paths to walk. And there are so many interesting books to read, so you will not get bored staying at home. Wrocław is a great place to visit. Museums, interactive exhibitions, famous zoo and many many more.
Justyna was a lovely guest. It was very easy to communicate with her and very considerate of our home. We would gladly have her family again:):)
When we back home after exchange we found that it’s better condition than before! They took care about our small animals and whole experience was just great! Justyna’s family are very friendly and open minded. We are sure you will have great exchange with them :)
Super guests - good communication, zero problems, definitely worth recommending
We spent a great week in Tatiana’s and Jason’s apartment- it was comfortable, we had everything we needed.. Tatiana and Jason as hosts made us feel very welcome, which we are grateful for. If there’s sth like “PLU-spirit”, this is the family you can find it with! :)
We had the pleasure to stay at Maria’s spacious & beautiful apartment for 8 nights. Maria was very helpful even though they were on the other side of the globe at that time :)
We really enjoyed the big terrace, especially in the evenings. It was easy to get to the National Museum of Science & Natural History, as well as Botanical Garden of Lisbon or Estufa Fria (about 15-20 min on foot).
If you’re traveling with children, they may love a nearby park with peacocks, ducks, water turtles and a playground with a children’s Tyrolean.
Thank you for your hospitality, Maria!
I definitely recommend Katherine and her husband as guests - they were easygoing and trustworthy ones :)
Everything was fine, we even found a nice surprise (one of them from NZ) after coming back home.
It was a pleasure to host you, Katherine, you’re always welcome to Wroclaw!
It was a superb experience!:) The house is truly spacious and comfortable, we really loved our stay here. Our kids were enthusiastic not only about having great rooms with books and toys (plus a big safe rrope net to lay on while reading) but even more about 2 lovely guinea pigs in a garden. We got every help and informaction needed and felt very welcome. A good spot to visit many places both in Gdansk and out of the city
Everything perfect - they were even to kind to take care of our - extremely anxious at that time - dog. Respectful, forgiving and flexible guests :D
