General Overview

Available from October to April. Our house is our second home. It is located in the heart of the Gulf of Saint Tropez in a quiet residence with a large park. It is available every year between October and March (sometimes September and April = up-to-date calendar). Our house can accommodate 4 people with its 2 bedrooms. Extra beds are available for a larger family (6 max). The psicin in the residence is accessible from May to September. The most beautiful beaches of Ramatuelle can be reached 10-15 minutes away by car. A holiday home that can accommodate 4 adults and children. Swimming pool in the residence, beach accessible 10 min by car.

The Space

Living room and kitchen on the ground floor with a sofa bed. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: - 1 bedroom with bed of 160 - 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed In the second bedroom, a mezzanine is accessible and can help out on inflatable mattresses for teenagers or children over 6 years old. Upstairs also the toilet and bathroom with bathtub. A south-facing terrace, with table, chairs and parasol at your disposal.

Guest Access

The entire house will be accessible to you.

Notes

A parking space is available. The swimming pool of the residence is at your disposal from June to the beginning of September. A petanque court is located just in front of the house and some children's games are also planned at the top of the residence.

Neighbourhood

We are in a residence essentially a second home. The condominium is quiet and secure. At the top of the condominium is a large plot of land that allows children to play, but also to go for beautiful walks. Shops accessible nearby.

Getting to my home

Ideally arrive by car. The motorway exit is 30 minutes away. In high season, plan a little patience because it is a very attractive tourist area. Once you arrive, you will have a parking space in front of the house.

Nearest airport

Nice airport 1 hour drive or Marseille airport. Accessibility by the station as well.

Getting Around

Bakery just steps away. A giant casino is accessible on foot or by bike. However, we advise you to travel by car, motorbike or bicycle to visit the region and access the beaches.
