General Overview

Self contained, boho studio apartment with private entrance and direct access to large undercover outdoor area overlooking the tropical pool. Open plan includes lounge, kitchen and bed plus bar, washing machine and bathroom. Shared use of backyard and pool.

The Space

This studio is located on the ground floor of the main house and the property is shared with a family of 3 and a dog who live upstairs. The apartment has its own entrance and is fully equipped with everything you need. The only shared spaces are the front/backyard and pool area. We love staying here when hosting guests in the main house. It is an eclectic mix of beach shack, gypsy caravan and scandi design. You'll even find an icelandic horse rug in residence.

Guest Access

The studio is located on the ground floor with separate entrance accessed via door code. The space is completely self contained with an undercover BBQ area directly outside the back door. The pool and back garden are shared areas.

Neighbourhood

Kiama Downs is a family friendly area. It is a small coastal town with local shops, cafes, park and beach just 5 minutes walk from the house. The Minnamurra river is also just over the headland 10mins walk away or 2mins drive.

Getting Around

The train station is 10- 15 mins walk from our place with direct links to Sydney every hour. It is a spectacular trip! However, having a car is essential if you want to visit the stunning remote places in our area such as waterfalls, rainforests etc
