General Overview

Now that our daughters have flown the nest on exciting adventures of their own we have a spare bedroom we would love to offer for guests from around the world. We are an international who have been exchanging since 2011 and love to meet others people and share our beautiful part of Australia with them.

The Space

This private bedroom and small office/sitting room is on the ground floor of our family home. It has a comfy queen size bed with feather mattress topper and a comfy futon couch to relax in your own space away from the main family living area. There is an also a desk and high speed wifi if you need to work remotely during your stay. There is an outdoor shower and toilet in the pool area for warmer months but also 2 bathrooms and toilets to share in the main house.

Guest Access

You will be staying on the ground floor of the main house in a semi self contained wing of the house. The main living areas and the rest of the bedrooms are all upstairs.

Neighbourhood

Kiama Downs is a secret spot away from the hustle and bustle but with everything you need just steps away from our house. We are 3 streets from an amazing beach and great cafes, parks and minnamurra river are all within 5-10mins walk from our front door. The coastal walk is just around the corner as well as famous cathedral rocks.

Getting to my home

Kiama is the perfec spot to stop over for a few nights and explore our area between Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne. The train station is 15 mins walk and takes you right into the centre of sydney or to the international airport.

Getting Around

Iga ,bottle shop, chemist, cafes and fish and chip shop 5 minutes walk from our place. The golf club 7 mins walk for dinner and drinks on the deck overlooking the beautiful area or catch the free bus into kiama leagues club for even more restaurants, bars and night life!
