Neighbourhood

LOCATION: The house is in a very nice area outside the center of the village. We are on the side of a small road where few cars circulate. We also have the motorway nearby, but we are lower than the noise barrier in place and are not bothered by the noise at all. And from the inside you can't hear anything. There is a lot of vegetation around, we love our neighborhood! A bus stop (9 min walk) and the train station (18 min walk) to get to Biarritz, Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Bayonne, Hendaye, Spain... 🚲 Cycle path: we are not far from the route of the Vélodyssée Biarritz <-> Saint-Jean-de-Luz: www.lavelodyssee.com/itineraire/biarritz-saint-jean-de-luz We appreciate the ease of getting to the village on foot. In summer, a free shuttle bus provides access to various places in the village (the beach, the port, the heart of the village, etc.). The departure is at the top of our house, 3 minutes walk away The car is still comfortable if you want to visit the area (we don't exchange our car.)
