Nice and cozy apartment ideally located: 5mn walk from the Pyrenees tube station - Lines 11 and a 8mn walk from Belleville - lines 11 and 2.
The area is very nice and lively. You can find many restaurants and bars serving different cuisines (African, Lebanese, Chinese, Japanese, Tunisian, Algerian, Moroccan …) but also organic stores and all the daily amenities you need.
It is also close to parks where you can walk or run notably in the Buttes Chaumont which is only a 5mn walk from my place.
The Père Lachaise cemetery, Republic Square are also nearby. There are plenty of things to do.
My place is ideal for a couple or a single person.

Very lively area, bars, restaurants of all origins (African, Lebanese, Chinese, Japanese , Tunisians, Algerians, Moroccans, French etc...) organic shops, all the conveniences of everyday life. You can go for a walk or run in the Parc des Buttes de Chaumont, 5 minutes on foot. You can also admire a view of Paris from the Parc de Belleville 1 minute away. You can visit the Père Lachaise cemetery, the Place de la République, discover the streets of Paris. Ideal for a couple, or single person because the area offers many activities.
