Neighbourhood

Our house is located on the "Pink Granite Coast", next to Perros-Guirec in a small village with all amenities. There are wonderful places to discover just a stone's throw away: Ploumanac'h and its magnificent pink rocks, the coves to discover all along the coast, the Plougrescant chasm and its legends, Paimpol and its old rigging, the castle of Roche Jagu and its magnificent gardens. For day trips, the choices are endless: Bréhat Island, Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo, Carnac... Many events are planned all year round and especially in the summer when not a night goes by without a free concert, fireworks or a Fest Noz in the area. The nearest beach is a perfect surf spot for beginners. It is possible to take lessons and rent equipment. To rent a boat or sea kayaks, Port Blanc, 10 minutes away, is an ideal place. Several equestrian centers in the town offer rides for beginners and advanced. Lots of hiking and cycling trails to discover all over the coast and even walking from the house. Lannion, a 10-minute drive away, is the nearest town where you will find shops and large shopping centres as well as the TGV train station which takes you to Paris in 3 hours.

Nearest airport

Rennes and Brest 1h30 by car, 1h by train Nantes at 2h30 the port of Roscoff 1 hour away The TGV arrives in Lannion, 10 minutes from the house

Mélanie et Johann

See english below We are a family of 5: Mélanie, Johann and our children Arthur (16 years old), Terence (9 years old) and the youngest Gary, 5 years old. We are both engineers in the field of ecology. We are easy-going and happy people and love simple pleasures: enjoying nature, traveling and eating good things:) We have a nice address book of local producers and great restaurants to share with you for your stay. We are very respectful of other people's property and we will take great care of your home, as we take care of ours. Mélanie loves cats, cooking and dancing. She tinkers with the decoration of the house with what crosses her path:) Johann is a musician, he plays tuba and souba in several jazz groups and a brass quintet. We love surprises, so don't hesitate to contact us even if your home is not on our destination list. See you soon! We're a couple with 3 children, Arthur 16, Terence, 9 and Gary 5. We are both engineer in ecology. We would treat any home we exchange with, with respect and would leave it clean and tidy. Similarly, we would expect our home to be treated with the same respect. In our home, everyone is welcome. Whatever your origin, nationality, faith, sexual orientation or gender identity, we hope you will feel safe and welcome. We're easy going, easy to satisfy people : nature, travel, good food and life is beautiful! We love to eat and we support organic and local farming. We would be happy to share with you all our good addresses. Melanie loves cats, cooking and crafting decorative items from natural elements. She also loves to dance. Johann plays the soussaphone in different jazz bands. Do not hesitate to contact us even if your home is not in our bucket list of destination, surprise us!
