🐊 Gatorland, Bok Tower other attractions within 30 minutes 
🦩 Tampa is approximately 1-1.5h drive, home to MLB, NHL, NFL teams, many nice museums, Busch Gardens
🚆 Near as well to Brightline- high speed train to south Florida/Miami 
🏝️ Many springs and beaches are within a day trip, either coast in 1-2h
🚀 NASA Kennedy Space Center launches visible from the community (but I recommend making the drive to the coast to see one 🙂)

🏡 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single story unit with lanai, lake facing (shared space), free driveway parking
🏡 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, townhouse (2 story) unit, facing interior garden/lawn (shared space), free driveway parking
🛌 The homes are secondary- on Airbnb when not swapped. This allows me a lot of flexibility for non-simultaneously swaps.

It is best to use a car in this area. The supermarket is within walking distance, however, other places will require car. Uber/Lyft/taxi is an option but depending on your plans may not be the most cost effective option.

Hello! I am an avid traveler- I host and travel frequently on couchsurfing, airbnb, etc. and am hoping to try home exchange! Outside of traveling, I am a student nurse anesthetist in New Orleans. My other hobbies include running/triathlons, reading, and the arts.
I was a housekeeper in the resorts before I was a nurse- you can rest assured I will keep a tidy home :)
