General overview

Hello! This home is a 3/2.5 townhome in the Oakwater Resort community near Walt Disney World Resort. There is a community pool, splash pad, tennis courts, small game room and gym. It is not a walkable area but is next to a supermarket and gas station, and within 15 minutes drive to all areas of Disney World. Universal is a 20-25 min drive, and Orlando city is approx. 30 minutes drive. It is also conveniently located to the international airport- MCO (approx. 25 min drive)

The space

This home is over two stories. It has 3 bedrooms- two with double beds, the thrid bedroom has twin trundle bed. There are 2.5 bathrooms.
