General Overview
Our 2BR/2Bath home is located in the Community of Gatlinburg. We are located 9 miles to the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains Parks. We are located 9 miles to Dollywood. Large home on Large Lot with privacy from other homes. We have lived in Gatlinburg, TN for many years. This chalet belonged to Bob's brother, that we inherited earlier in 2024 and decided to put it on rental/exchange program.
The Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Bedroom with King bed and Bathroom (with whirlpool tub and shower) are on the main floor.
Bedroom/Bathroom on Lower Level.
GLOBE REQUESTS> We require $100 caretaker fee, payable via Paypal or Venmo. We travel for months at a time. This is necessary to organize a person to ready the house before/after your stay.
The Space
The Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Bedroom with King bed and Bathroom (with whirlpool tub and shower) are on the main floor. Second Bedroom and Bathroom accessed via stairs
