General Overview

Since retirement, we enjoy slow travel atleast 2 weeks at one location to really get to know the area. Prefer Simultaneous and Non Simultaneous requests of Minimum 2 weeks. Globe Requests will have $175 fee to pay housekeeper to get house ready for your stay since we will be traveling. Our 1BR and 1Bath home is located in Glades Arts & Craft Community of Gatlinburg. We are located 9 miles to the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains Parks. We are located 9 miles to Dollywood. Large home on Large Lot with privacy from other homes. We have lived in Gatlinburg, TN for many years. This chalet belonged to Bob's brother, that we inherited earlier in 2024 and decided to put it on rental/exchange program.

The Space

The Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Bedroom with King bed and Bathroom (with whirlpool tub and shower) are on the main floor. Second floor is locked off with our items.

There are stairs leading inside the house. The master bedroom is on the main floor.
