Our house is located on the "Pink Granite Coast", next to Perros-Guirec in a small village with all amenities. The nearest beach is a perfect surf spot for beginners. It is possible to take lessons and rent equipment. To rent a boat or sea kayaks, Port Blanc, 10 minutes away, is an ideal place. Several equestrian centers in the town offer rides for beginners and advanced. Lots of hiking and cycling trails to discover all over the coast and even walking from the house. Lannion, a 10-minute drive away, is the nearest town where you will find shops and large shopping centres. Our home is located on the "côte de granit rose" in a little village with all amenities. There is a lot of very nice spots just around the corner like Ploumanac'h and its wonderful pink rocks, the little cricks, le gouffre de Plougrescant and its legend, Bréhat Island, La Roche Jagu Castle and its lovely gardens! St Michael's Mont is 1h30 hour drive from our place, perfect for a day trip. Also, a lot of events are sceduled all year round and especially in summer their is not one evening without free concert, fireworks, festivals of all kinds. The nearest beach is an easy on to begin surf lessons and provides facilities to rent surf. You can also rent boats or kayak in Port Blanc, 10 km from the house. Plenty of hiking and biking paths everywhere on the coast and inland, a convivial equestrian center 5 km from here. The nearest city is a 10 min drive away providing you with hospital, malls, more restaurants...
