Neighbourhood
Bishopdale is an established community in the north west of Christchurch, close to parks, cafes, shopping and a five minute drive to the local supermarket. Located 20 minutes from Christchurch city. Handy to Christchurch International airport (10 mins) and the International Antarctic centre.
Christchurch is the gateway to the Canterbury region with local attractions including the Botanic gardens, Gondola, Christchurch tram, Adventure park for walking and mountain biking, the International Antarctic centre and Orana wildlife park.
Skifields are only 1.5 hours away and are easily accessible. Beaches, cafes and exploring the local port hills on foot are an excellent way to experience the beautiful landscape here.
Hanmer Springs thermal resort is 1.5 hours north,, Kaikoura a beautiful spot perfect for whale watching and seal spotting is 2 hours north and Akaroa a beautiful French seaside settlement is 1 hour away.
Getting to my home
My property is a short 10 minute drive from Christchurch International airport. It is also on the main arterial routes out of the city both north and south.
Nearest airport
Christchurch International Airport.
Getting around
I have many bus routes nearby that take you into the city. Biking is easy as Christchurch is flat and local shops and cafes (Bishopdale Mall) are a short 10 minute walk away.

I’m a single woman who enjoys travelling and experiencing new cultures.
Lived in London for two years when I was younger but have been busy raising a family and working since then.
Keen to travel with friends when I can and as work allows. Also happy to host guests and show them around my beautiful city.
