General Overview

We have a large home opposite bushland. We have a big yard and pool. It’s a relaxing place to unwind and explore south east Queensland

The Space

We have 4 bedrooms. The master has a king bed and ensuite with spa, two bedrooms with two queen beds and a study. We have some spare mattresses as well if needed. There are also two playrooms, living room and a media room. Our home is large with tall ceilings and is surrounded by trees. We live opposite bushland (Koala habitat). Koalas are frequently spotted in neighbouring trees.

Neighbourhood

We live in the waterfront suburb of Deception Bay. It’s a quiet suburb located between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. We are conveniently located close to the M1. Easy access to Redcliffe and it’s beaches and waterfront area North Lakes is only 10mins away which has an huge variety of shops, entertainment, cinemas, restaurants Brisbane is easy to access by car (35mins) or public transport. Currently all public transport in Qld is 50c so very affordable Day trips around south east qld are endless: Sunshine Coast (45mins to 1hour) Gold Coast theme parks (1 hour) Gold Coast beaches (1 hour) Australia Zoo 35 mins Bribie, Stradbroke and Moreton Islands are all accessible for a day trip

Our family of four live in the northern suburbs of Brisbane, Australia. We are keen travellers and both work in schools. My husband is a high school teacher and I am a Guidance Counsellor.
