General Overview

Our 1 bedroom apartment is located in a gated complex, overlooking an interior communal garden space. The apartment has all ammenities including kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher, work from home space and a double sleeper couch. We have a large living room with a 6 seater table, 2 work from home spaces (which you are welcome to use) and a couch which turns into an additional double bed. We are located on the edge of central London, close to all the restaurants and cafes of Angel and Islington. A short walk to the Regents canal with Kings Cross Camden and Regents Park in one direction, and trendy Shoreditch in the other. If you love to walk, it’s a beautiful stroll into the East End and the City of London.

In our apartment you will find - Double bedroom - Double sleeper couch - Ready to use home office set up x 2 - Central heating - Modern kitchen and bathroom withall required appliances (incl. washer/dryer and dishwasher) - One bedroom apartment in a secure block for added privacy

Guest Access

We can arrange a key collection service for you at a convenience store nearby. The apartment is accessible by both lift and stairs.

This is our actual everyday apartment and most of our belongings will still be here. Please feel free to use available storage, spices/ oils, and make yourself at home!

Neighbourhood

We are located in Angel, N1 in London — a safe, trendy and vibrant neighborhood with a vibrant high street full of restaurants , boutiques and cafes. We are a short walk Regent's canal as well as Angel Central shopping centre and multiple grocery stores. The neighbourhood is very safe and is home to many young families and working professionals.

Getting to my home

We are centrally located and very well connected. We would normally recommend taking the tube to Angel station (Northern Line) and then walking. There are also numerous bus lines from Kings Cross station - it is also a short uber. We can provide more specific instructions depending on the airport you come in to!

Getting Around

We are a 5 minute walk from the nearest tube stop and have numerous buses to take you where you need to go. It takes 20 minutes door to door to get into the heart of the City of London and half an hour to Soho/the West End!

Australian couple based in Sydney, Australia who have recently returned from a few years in London where we got into house exchanging. We love to travel and have previously offered our 1 bedroom apartment in Islington, London (for reviews read #38239). We are pleased to list our Sydney apartment for exchanges. We are both working professionals (consultant and lawyer) and love to either take time off and travel or work from abroad for a few days. We look forward to welcoming you to our home!
