General overview
Wonderful king bedroom condo with sleeper sofa. Best suited for 2 adults, plus 2 small children or one other adult or teen. We have a pack n play,, chairs for the beach wifi cable, central air and heat, a nice balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The building is password secured, 2 pools and 2 hot tubs, a general store, ice machine and lawn can be found on-site. There is 1 free parking space in the garage across the street. Walking distance to several activities and close enough to the airport that you could survive without a car. Taxi, uber and myft are all avaliable. Myrtle Beach and its surrounding area offer many attractions, several golf courses included!
Please note: this is a vacation rental therefore exchanging in peak season is highly unlikely but feel free to ask. My calander, sadly is not something I keep up with. My apologies. If I could sync it to my rental platforms, I would!
The space
Located on rhe 12rh floor, this unit provides excellent views. Private balcony, comfy new king bed. Small boutique resort.

No pets or smoking allowed, per the HOA.
Typically if we are exchanging for an equal amount of time and you aren't asking me to pay a cleaning fee, or do a tremendous amount of clean up, I would also not ask you to. We hire a cleaner after every guest however, bc it is a rental so this would just need to be fairly worked out.

I live 10 min from the condo. If available I wouldn't mind picking you up and showing you around. We have ample transportation options if you don't drive into town, including car rentals, bus, taxi, uber and luft or evwn privat cara for hire. .

Married mother of one working as a vacation rental property manager, and also per diem as an RN. I love water and warm weather. Open to travel to any place that has both. I enjoy rafting, paddleboarding, hiking and relaxing. We have our residence and our vacation home rentals available for exchange, however our actual home comes with pets. Our properties are a short walk from the beach. We have rented through airbnb and vrbo. We also have had people stay in our home to house/pet sit in exchange for a place to stay by the beach, and we have done a few house swaps. We don't mind looking after pets.
