General Overview

Located in a walkable area of Myrtle Beach, near the convention center, Broadway at the Beach, and many eateries, shops, etc. This condo building is directly on the beach. There is a lazy river, outdoor and indoor pools, and hot tubs for guests to enjoy. We can offer two parking passes for the lot or the garage.

The Space

You walk into the bedroom featuring 2 cozy queen beds, a large flat screen TV, dresser, nightstand. Tiled floors. Next you will walk through a galley style kitchen with apartment sized appliances. The bathroom has a large soaking tub, and the living room features a sofa, pull down murphy bed (full sized), another large TV, a small closet with extra items and a dining table. Step out onto the balcony where we have two tall Adirondack type chairs overlooking the outdoor pool area, over the pam trees and out into the Atlantic Ocean!

Guest Access

This condo is located on the first floor (one floor up from the ground). There is an elevator.

Notes

This is a rental property so peak season won't likely be a good time to do an exchange. We may need to charge a cleaning fee but will never try to rent you the space. We do accept globes, plutos, and exchanges.

Married mother of one working as a vacation rental property manager, and also per diem as an RN. I love water and warm weather. Open to travel to any place that has both. I enjoy rafting, paddleboarding, hiking and relaxing. We have our residence and our vacation home rentals available for exchange, however our actual home comes with pets. Our properties are a short walk from the beach. We have rented through airbnb and vrbo. We also have had people stay in our home to house/pet sit in exchange for a place to stay by the beach, and we have done a few house swaps. We don't mind looking after pets.
