This two story townhouse is our second home (vacation rental). Quick walk to the beach, grocery, gift shops and restaurants. There is a community pool and a grill also. Parking for 2. There's an electric fireplace, small fenced in patio and covered porch.

The Space

2 large bedrooms with workspace, 2 full bathrooms. Pull out sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps up to 8.

Guest Access

This is a 2 level home with the bedrooms upstairs. There is a full bath on each level. There will be a keypad entry available for access.

Notes

We use this property as a rental so availability is limited in peak seasons. We do have another property #10703, that may have more availability. It's a smaller space but right on the beach with more ammenities.

Neighbourhood

Several beachy types of homes in this neighborhood. Quick walk to the beach and Hurl Rock Park, mini golf, ropes course, tennis courts and grocery, liquor store and gift shops. You do not need a car to stay comfortably in this area, however there are two parking spaces if you choose. Other attractions a short drive away include: golf, arcades, museums, fishing piers, and much more. If you haven't been to Myrtle Beach, please Google attractions or things to do, as the list is endless! Many water sports and golf options.! 😍⛳🏖️

Married mother of one working as a vacation rental property manager, and also per diem as an RN. I love water and warm weather. Open to travel to any place that has both. I enjoy rafting, paddleboarding, hiking and relaxing. We have our residence and our vacation home rentals available for exchange, however our actual home comes with pets. Our properties are a short walk from the beach. We have rented through airbnb and vrbo. We also have had people stay in our home to house/pet sit in exchange for a place to stay by the beach, and we have done a few house swaps. We don't mind looking after pets.
